DELIVERY INFORMATION

FREE SHIPPING ON ALL PURCHASES OVER 500 SEK

A shipping fee of SEK 29 is added to all orders that are under an order value of SEK 500. All orders that are over SEK 500 are free of shipping.

Deliveries take place between 08:00-18:00, Monday to Friday. Normal delivery time is 7-12 working days, depending on where in Sweden you live.

SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping is charged at 29 SEK per delivery on orders with an order value under 500 SEK. Delivery will then be made to your door. All purchases over 500 SEK are free of shipping.

NON-DELIVERY AND DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If our shipping carrier cannot deliver your package, they will send you a notice.
You can then pick up the package at the nearest representative, or book a new time with them for delivery.

The carrier is under no obligation to call the customer to check if they are home. However, this may still occur depending on who is delivering the package and whether there is a phone number listed on the shipping label.

If you are not available at the time of delivery or do not contact the shipping carrier within seven days, the delivery will be returned.
In connection with this, we will charge a fee of SEK 99 for shipping and handling.

We will therefore cancel your order and refund the cost of the goods after deducting the return shipping fee, administration costs and warehouse management.

If the payment you made is not sufficient, we will charge you the difference. The total cost for this varies depending on the weight and volume of your delivery.
