EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
In Happy Parent always has a 14-day open purchase period. When purchasing goods, a 14-day right of withdrawal always applies in accordance with the Distance and Door-to-Door Sales Act. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying us within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods. Return it according to the return policy below.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to goods with broken seals or if you break the packaging of a product.
When contacting support, you may be asked to open the packaging and in such cases the right of withdrawal applies even if the packaging is opened.
Please note that you as a customer are responsible for ensuring that the order is complete within the withdrawal period of 14 days, so that we can guarantee you the help you need.
RETURN POLICY AND COMPLAINTS TO OUR WAREHOUSE
When a return is to be made, we ask that you as a customer contact our customer service (info@happyparent.store) for instructions.
When returning, please note that you as the customer are responsible for ensuring that the goods are returned to us intact and undamaged. We therefore recommend that you send the goods well packaged.
Happy Parent reserves the right to refuse the return of a product if it appears that the item is not in substantially unchanged condition.
When the claimed product is returned and has been found to be a valid complaint, a new product will be sent out. The new product will be sent out within 14 days of us receiving and approving your complaint.
The customer is responsible for return shipping in the event of a complaint and we reserve the right to refuse an invalid complaint.
When making complaints, Happy Parent follows the guidelines of the Swedish General Complaints Board ( www.arn.se ).
Promotional prices are only applicable during valid promotional periods on the website. This means that you cannot expect the same price for your order before or after the promotion.

REFUND
No shipping or invoice fees will be refunded upon return. Refunds will be made within 14 days of us receiving your return of the faultless product in unbroken packaging, in original packaging or equivalent packaging. Refunds will be made through the payment method you chose to pay for your order with.
If you have chosen to pay by invoice and have already paid your invoice, please contact our customer service and we will help you with the refund to your bank account.

Unfortunately, exchanges cannot be administered through our warehouse, so please refer to our Returns Policy above.
