ABOUT HAPPY PARENTS
Welcome here!
Julia and David here, the founders of Happy Parent. We are proud parents of young children Liam (May 2023) and Inez (October 2024). Together we live in Vasastan in Stockholm where we also run our gym HYPR.
We opened the doors to HYPR more than two years ago, where we work as personal trainers. I (Julia) specialize in the female body pre/post pregnancy and have therefore met thousands of mothers/children during my 10+ years as a PT.
During our years as PTs, we have collected countless tips/advice and can now also add our own experiences from our own two children.
We want to use this platform to share our best products to make parenthood as joyful and memorable a journey as possible. Hence our choice of name - HAPPY PARENT.
