TERMS OF PURCHASE

1. GENERAL

1.1 These general terms and conditions (the “Terms”) apply when you as a consumer (“Customer”) place an order with Happy Parent via the website www.happyparent.store and associated pages, (“Webshop”).
The terms and conditions apply between you and www.happyparent.store ( Happy Parent ) and it is between these two that the agreement is entered into.

1.2 Happy Parent does not process cash purchases or credit purchases to persons under the age of 18.

1.3 Happy Parent reserves the right to any errors or omissions in the Webshop. The Webshop, as well as all content on it, is owned by Happy Parent or its licensors or franchisees. The information is protected by law with regard to, for example, copyright, marketing and trademarks. This means that trademarks, company names, product names, images and graphics, design, layout and information about products, services and other content may not be copied or used without the written consent of Happy Parent .

1.4 Happy Parent has warehouses in China and the products are therefore shipped from China and must also be sent back to the warehouse in China in the event of a return or complaint. Happy Parent returns policy which can be read on the page forExchanges and Returns .

1.5 All Happy Parent products are intended for indoor use, i.e. for indoor use only.

2. AGREEMENT AND ORDER

2.1 In order to make a purchase via the webshop, the customer must accept the terms and conditions. By accepting the Terms and Conditions, the customer agrees to comply with the terms and conditions, and acknowledges that he has read the information about personal data and consented to the use of cookies in accordance with Happy Parent's privacy policy, see below. A purchase agreement, to which these terms and conditions apply, ("agreement"), is only concluded when Happy Parent has confirmed the customer's order in writing and sent the customer an order confirmation from Happy Parent .

2.2 Happy Parent strives for the customer to receive order confirmation no later than 48 hours after Happy Parent has received an order. However, if an order is placed on a Friday or a public holiday, Happy Parent will try to confirm this no later than 18:00 the following working day. An order can only be confirmed if Happy Parent has received and can determine the Customer's residential address and correct email address.

3. CUSTOMER INFORMATION, ETC.

3.1 The customer confirms that the information the customer fills in is correct and completely filled in. The customer is responsible for incorrectly filled in information and the damage this may cause.

3.2 The customer undertakes to ensure that no one other than the customer can use the customer's login details. The customer must not disclose the user name and password to any unauthorized person and must ensure that the document containing the user name and password is stored in such a way that unauthorized persons cannot access the information. The customer must immediately notify Happy Parent if it is suspected that an unauthorized person knows the customer's password. The customer is responsible for all purchases and information made with his login details.

3.3 If Happy Parent suspects that the customer is abusing their user account or login details or otherwise violating the terms and conditions, Happy Parent has the right to suspend the customer with immediate effect. Happy Parent also has the right to assign the customer new login details for any reason.

4. PRICES, FEES AND PAYMENT

4.1 When ordering via the webshop, the prices stated in the webshop apply. All prices are stated in Swedish kronor (SEK) for Sweden excluding shipping costs and including VAT.

4.2 The customer can pay for their order by invoice or credit card payment according to the credit cards shown in the webshop. For each order, the current delivery fee is added, which is stated in the webshop. When paying by invoice, an invoice fee is also added, which is stated in the webshop. 5. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

5.1 Goods that are in stock are normally delivered within seven to twelve working days from when your order is placed.

5.2 The customer can redeem their package up to seven days from the date of receipt of notification.

6. OPEN PURCHASE AND RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

6.1 Happy Parent always offers a 14-day return and/or exchange period when purchasing goods in the webshop on the website www.happyparent.store.

6.2 When purchasing goods, a 14-day right of withdrawal applies in accordance with consumer law. This means that you as a customer have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Happy Parent within 14 days of receiving the ordered goods.

6.3 The right of withdrawal does not apply if the customer breaks the packaging of a product, unless this is necessary to examine or test the product as stated in Happy Parent's return policy, which can be read on the page forExchanges and Returns .

7. APPLICABLE LAW AND DISPUTES

In the event of any dispute, Happy Parent will follow the decision of the Swedish Board of Complaints. Disputes concerning the interpretation or application of these terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with Swedish law. These terms and conditions have been established by Happy Parent on 2023-05-25.

8. HAPPY PARENT DISCOUNT CODE

When using a discount code, the discount specified in the code is given. To receive the discount, the code needs to be activated at checkout before the purchase is made. No discount is given afterwards.
